Adam Levin is an award winning chef who has worked alongside notable 3-star Michelin chefs such as Paul Bocuse, New York’s famed Daniel Boulud and Jean George Vongerichten. He spent 13 years of his culinary career in Asia where he received numerous accolades and rave reviews of his restaurants. In Beijing, Aria made headlines in the food press and became one of Beijing’s hottest restaurants. In HK, Dakota Prime was named the Top 10 restaurants in 2008 by HK magazines. His latest project New York Steak & Burger in Shanghai was named by City Weekend Magazine as Editor’s Pick for Best American Restaurant. And most recently, his Shanghai Slims the quintessential Steak & Lobster restaurant was also nominated for Best Steakhouse 2011.
